North Dakota border clothing stores will surely have a sigh of relief after the state legislation exempted the clothing industry from its 5 percent sales tax.This will definitely improve competition in favor to the ND shops because its neighbors, Minnesota and Montana, already have no sales tax for its clothing stores.
