Please give us a short summary of your website?
The word, Princepessa is actually the Italian meaning of Princess. We are selling stylish and fashionable dresses and tops for both casual and office wear.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We are a group of passion shopaholics. However due to our working schedule, we did not have the time to go around shopping and so we turn our views to online shopping. But online shopping is pretty hard to find dresses and that's how we get inspired by it.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
6 July 2009. Before that we did tried but failed. And now, we are back again with more stocks and confidence in our business.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
My friend always call me as a princess because of my behaviour. And one of my international friend from italy use their language to call me, princess. I love this name and so i use it as a name for my website.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
My website have more dresses and also office wear. I enlarge the circle of my website to more variety like casual wear, office wear and party wear. All clothes are simple and easy to match. Furthermore, all clothes are in free size.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
I wanted to entent my online business to a stable business as in have a shop. My eventual goal will be have a company of myself with my designed clothes.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
Time and capital spend are been divided equally among my friend and me. We spilt our work together to achieve the efficient and fastest way.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I will change my online blog to a website with a domain name and publish to media.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Of course. I will quit my current job and spend full attention on my business. Also, i will hired people to help up.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
-The stocks i have order from the suppliers are out of stock. -The flea market i want to book is full. -The shipping agent had send my stocks to the wrong place and cause me to pay another sum to get my stocks back to me.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Marketing of my online blog to others and as well as attract peoples.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Words of mouths.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
Is difficult to know whether u have attracted people to my website as i couldnn't see or feel them. And a few times, i thought i can sell my stocks well but ended up my stock is stuck.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
I have been running this site for almost 2 months.
I will not give up even if i fail. Been determined and persistent will make things happen. I will continue to keep it up as long as i live.
How well will i do to make it happen?
I will try my very best to market to everybody and let everyone know about my business. That's my aim as well as my goal.
