I like the smart looks of casual business wear. The combination of looking relaxed while at the same time preserving the look of being able to get "it" done is appealing to me. Male or female fashion, both have the same appeal to me. When I hire people, they always ask the dress code and I always say "smart casual" and include diagrams of what that means in my company to give people a better idea of what is expected.
