ND gives clothing stores tax break

North Dakota border clothing stores will surely have a sigh of relief after the state legislation exempted the clothing industry from its 5 percent sales tax.

This will definitely improve competition in favor to the ND shops because its neighbors, Minnesota and Montana, already have no sales tax for its clothing stores. This will mean that the shops will be on equal footing now. More on this here at Forbes.com
